I'm going to try and read "Fallen Angels" by Walter Dean Myers. I purchased it a while back and still haven't gotten around to reading it. Hopefully I'll get the time during spring break. We'll see.
I read "Bridge to Terabithia" and "The Giver" to my class every year! Excellent books! I have found that I have several of the listed challenged books in my classroon library. I have them because I feel they are good pieces of literature.
I have just finished "Speak", "The Perks of Being a Wallflower", and "Whale Talk" this week. I enjoyed all of them! Next is "Athletic Shorts." I plan on slowly plugging along and reading as many of the 100 most challenged books as I can. I am always looking for good literature!
I would like to review Song of Solomon by Toni Morrison
